SUMMARY

When trying to install the product, the following error is reported:

"Error 1500. Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before complete that installation before continuing this one."

RESOLUTION

1. Reboot the computer
2. Try to install the program again. If fails, continue to step 3
3. Download and run this file.
4. When asked "Are you sure you want to add the information...", select YES
5. Try the installation again, if it fails, see this article
