Summary

• When starting either "Internet" or "Resources," an error occures
• There is no listing of jobs or resources

Solution

1. If you are using Vista, Widows 7 or later, ensure that the "User Account Control" feature is turned ON
2. Your Internet security may be blocking access to certain web sites.  Try turning Internet security software off
