The above error message may happen when the user does not have the permission to write to the system registry. For example, the user may be a "restricted user."

- Upon startup, the program writes to the system registry to make sure all entries are updated. This is the same action that is carried out during installation
- If you are using WinWay Resume Deluxe 6.0, please upgrade to the latest version
- If you are using WinWay Resume Deluxe 9.0, select Start, Programs, WinWay Resume, Free Update. After installing the free update select Help, About again to verify that your version is 9.00.117 or later
