Job details not shown

This article applies to:

  • WinWay Resume 6.0 and later


  • The job agent produces a list of jobs.
  • To see more information about any job:
    • Double click on the job; or
    • Click on the "more..." button
  • If this does not work, see below

More Information

If double clicking does not reveal more information about the job:

  1. The Job Agent lists jobs from many career sites.  Try different sites. 
  2. If the problem happens only with SPECIFIC site(s), report this problem to customer service and indicate the specific site you are having difficulty with
  3. If the problem happens with ALL sites, please set the "Default web browser," as shown below.

Setting the default web browser

If using Internet Explorer:

  1. Start Internet Explorer
  2. From the menu, select "Tools," "Internet Options"
  3. Click on the "Programs" tab
  4. Click on the "Make Default" button

If using Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Start Firefox
  2. From the menu, select "Tools," "Options"
  3. Click "Check now"
  4. When asked if you wish to make Firefox the default browser, select "Yes"
