When trying to play video, the following error message appears: "Cannot find 'vids:iv32' decompressor"

Your system is missing the "Intel Indeo 3.2" decompressor, which is required for playing video.

To resolve this problem:

1. Verify that your system has the Indeo decoder. The file name is "c:\windows\system32\ir32_32.dll"
   
   
2. If you are missing this file, update your Windows installation, by visiting windowsupdate.microsoft.com, then repeat step 1 above
   
   
3. If you have the file, the file registration may be missing.
   Download and run this file
   
   
4. Try again to play the video
