When you select "File", "Send" in WinWay Resume, the program tries to start your e-mail program automatically. If this does not work correctly, it can be due to several reasons:

1. Your e-mail program is not "MAPI compliant"
   
2. Your e-mail program is not configured properly
   
3. Your system administrator may have disabled the e-mail feature on your computer

To solve the problem, we need to know which program you normally use to send your e-mail. Please choose one of the following:
