SUMMARY
On certain systems, you may encounter the following message :
"Runtime Error!
Program: c:\Program Files\WinWay Resume\Winres.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information"

Solutions are shown below.
Step 1
The problem may be caused by the "Advanced text services framework " feature of Windows XP.
- Close all running programs
- Download and run this file.
If this did not solve the problem, continue below.
Step 2
- Select Start, Control Panel
- Choose "Regional and language options"
- Click on "Languages"
- Click on "Advanced"
- Click on "Details"
- Click on "Advanced"
- Make sure "Turn off Advanced Test Services" is CHECKED
If this did not solve the problem, continue below.
Step 3
The problem may be caused by a conflict with WinFax and Hotfix KB826939. This will cause an error when double clicking on resume sections such as "Experience"
- Exit the WinWay program
- Double click on "My Computer"
- Double click on drive "C"
- Double click on "Program files"
- Double click on "eFax Messenger Plus" (or similar name)
- Locate the file "Hspfcw32.dll." If you cannot find this file, do not continue
- Right-click on the file "Hspfcw32.dll" and select "Rename"
- Change the name of the file to "Hspfcw32.dll1" (add "1" at the end)
- Try running the program again
