The problem is caused by incompatibility in clipboard format. To get around the problem:

1. Copy the whole source text from the source application (e.g. Word Perfect) to the clipboard
2. Select Start, Programs, Accessories, Notepad, and paste the whole text into Notepad
3. Close the source application (e.g. Word Perfect)
4. Use Notepad as the source for your copy-and-paste operations into WinWay Resume
