If your envelope does not print correctly, download and install the Free Update.

If this does not help, visit the printer manufacturer web site, download and install the latest printer driver.

If these steps do not help, try the procedure below

1. In the Envelope module, click on "Setup"
2. Change paper size to "Custom"
3. Specify paper width 9-1/2", height 4-1/8", This is the same as a size 10
4. Click OK
5. The "Feed Method" button is now enabled
6. Click on "Feed Method" and adjust the orientation

You can also print envelopes from MS Word.
