This article explains how to install a WinWay product and how to solve common installation problems.

1. If you are installing from a download, please see Download Guide. If you are installing from a CD-ROM, continue to the next step
   
   
2. Insert the CD-ROM into CD-ROM drive. This may start the installation automatically. If this happens, click Install and skip to step 5
   
   
3. Double click on "My Computer" and right-click on the CD-ROM drive. Select "Explore"
   
   
4. You will see multiple files on the CD-ROM. Double click on the file called "Setup.exe"
   
   
5. This will start the installation. If you encounter any errors, please click here
