"Web browser not found" in Job Agent

  • WinWay Resume 6.0 or later

SUMMARY

In the WinWay Resume Job Agent, after double clicking on a job (or clicking "More"), a message states "Web browser not found".

MORE INFORMATION

To correct this problem:

  1. Double click on "My Computer"
  2. Select Tools, Folder Options
  3. Click on File Types
  4. Scroll down the list of "Registered file types"
  5. Click on "URL"
  6. Below, it should show "Opens With: Internet Explorer". If this is not the case, click on "Change" and choose "Internet Explorer"
  7. Click OK
