"Web browser not found" in Job Agent
The information in this article applies to:
- WinWay Resume 6.0 or later
SUMMARY
In the WinWay Resume Job Agent, after double clicking on a job (or clicking "More"), a message states "Web browser not found".
MORE INFORMATION
To correct this problem:
- Double click on "My Computer"
- Select Tools, Folder Options
- Click on File Types
- Scroll down the list of "Registered file types"
- Click on "URL"
- Below, it should show "Opens With: Internet Explorer". If this is not the case, click on "Change" and choose "Internet Explorer"
- Click OK
