The above error appears after you click on the Internet button

MORE INFORMATION

This error will appear if your Internet connection is not active. Please do the following:

  1. Exit WinWay Resume
  2. Reboot your computer
  3. Connect to the Internet
  4. Start your web browser and visit www.winway.com
    If you cannot visit the site, check your Internet connection
  5. Start WinWay Resume
  6. Try connecting again
  7. If the problem persists, check your proxy settings

Workaround

You can access the job search resources directly via the WinWay web site. Visit www.winway.com and click on "resources."

 

If the problem persists, please report to Customer Service.
