The information in this article applies to:
- WinWay Resume 6.0 or later
SUMMARY
After clicking "Internet" and OK, you see "Connecting
to Server", followed by "Receiving Response", and these
messages repeat again and again
MORE INFORMATION
It is normal for these messages to continue for about 1-2 minutes,
depending on your download speed. If the messages continue, please
do the following:
- Exit WinWay Resume
- Reboot your computer
- Connect to the Internet
- Start your web browser and visit www.winway.com
If you cannot visit the site, check your Internet connection
- Start WinWay Resume
- Click on the Internet button, then click OK
If the problem persists, please report to Customer
Service.
