Can't find the
License Key or CD-ROM
The information in this article applies to:
SUMMARY
When running a downloaded file, you may be asked to insert a CD-ROM
or to provide a license key.
MORE INFORMATION
When the download is an update for a product you already have,
we may require the original product CD-ROM.
For a new installation, we may require a license key. If you have
purchased the product from the WinWay web site, the license key
was sent to you via e-mail to the e-mail address you provided in
your order.
If you did not get the license key for a product you ordered, please
contact Customer Service.
