Many job seekers know that jobs should be listed in “reverse-chronological
order.” Yet, often times jobs are presented in the wrong
order, or list incorrect dates, creating the appearance of employment
gaps. WinWay Resume Auditor can catch this error and pin-point
the problem. It can also catch date overlaps between jobs, which
would otherwise call resume accuracy into question.
Many job seekers create a comprehensive and highly detailed resume,
overlooking the fact that some information would better be left
out of the resume. An unusually low Grade Point Average (GPA) is
one such example. Another example is a school graduation date that
is so far back that it could cause age discrimination against the
applicant. In these cases and many others, WinWay Resume Deluxe
will point out the error and suggest a correction. It will also
recommend removing unnecessary information such as the applicant’s
